Since taking over the Horse and Groom in 2007, Landlord Danny Murley and his team have worked hard to ensure the pub is a comfortable, friendly and welcoming establishment with focus on quality and choice.  

 We ensure that an excellent supply of Real Ales is a major feature – with 6 hand pumps in use.  Our dedication to providing top quality and choice is reflected in the numerous CAMRA awards we've won over the subsequent years.

 In addition to the beer sales, food is an integral part of the success of the business.  Our recent partnership with Harrisons of Hockley has increased the popularity of the restaurant, and brought even more visitors to the Horse and Groom.

 In addition, we have a fully refurbished separate Function Room available for parties of up to 60.  The TACK ROOM, with its own bar
